Refunds & Return Policy

This policy covers both storage service cancellations and packing supplies purchases. Please read the relevant section for your situation.

1. Storage Service Cancellations

1.1 Month-to-Month Storage

You may cancel your month-to-month storage at any time by providing 14 days' written notice via email to theteam@customersupport.care or WhatsApp to 092 713 8443. You will not be charged for any period beyond the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: If you have prepaid the current month and cancel mid-cycle, we do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days unless EasyStore is at fault.

1.2 Prepaid Multi-Month Packages

Prepaid 3, 6 and 12-month packages are non-refundable for the prepaid period. Once a multi-month term has commenced, the full package fee is considered earned. No partial refunds are issued for early termination of a prepaid package.

Exception: if EasyStore is unable to provide the service due to circumstances within our control, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of the term.

1.3 Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If you cancel a booking before the storage box is delivered or the unit is accessed, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of booking to request a pre-commencement cancellation. Stripe processing fees (approximately 3%) may be non-recoverable.

2. Packing Supplies — Returns Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Packing supplies purchased through EasyStore may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened and in original condition
  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or payment confirmation)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used or damaged packaging materials
  • Bundle deals that have been partially used
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate

2.3 How to Request a Return

Contact us at theteam@customersupport.care or WhatsApp 092 713 8443 with your order details. We will confirm eligibility and arrange collection or drop-off at our Phetchaburi warehouse. Return delivery costs are at the customer's expense unless the item was incorrectly supplied or defective.

2.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

3. Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return delivery if applicable.

4. Force Majeure

EasyStore is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, floods or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or issue credit where appropriate.
