Liability & Indemnity Policy

1. Limitation of Liability for Stored Goods

1.1 General Limitation

EasyStore Thailand's liability for loss of or damage to any goods stored with us is limited to a maximum of ฿50,000 per storage unit or box, regardless of the actual value of the goods stored.

1.2 No Liability for Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, EasyStore shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income, profit or business opportunity
• Consequential, indirect or special damages
• Loss of data or sentimental value of items
• Damage caused by the inherent nature of the goods (e.g. rust, mould, deterioration)

1.3 Circumstances Excluding Liability

EasyStore accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fire or earthquake
• Theft where access was obtained using your own key or access credentials
• Damage caused by prohibited items stored in or near your unit
• Inadequate packing or preparation of goods by the customer
• Government seizure, legal process or regulatory action
• Vermin, pests or infestation not caused by EasyStore's negligence

2. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all stored items are lawfully owned or controlled by you
• Packing and securing items appropriately to prevent damage in transit or storage
• Disclosing any high-value, fragile or unusual items at the time of booking
• Maintaining your own contents insurance for all stored items
• Ensuring that no prohibited items are placed in your storage space
• The safety of any persons you bring onto EasyStore's premises

3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EasyStore Thailand, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Storage of prohibited items
• Any injury or property damage caused by you or persons you authorise to access your unit
• Any third-party claim relating to items stored by you with EasyStore

4. Insurance Recommendation

EasyStore strongly recommends that all customers obtain appropriate contents insurance to cover their stored goods at full replacement value. EasyStore's liability cap of ฿50,000 may not cover the full value of your belongings. Many Thai and international insurance providers offer contents or household insurance that covers items in storage — please enquire with your insurer.

5. EasyStore's Service Warranty

EasyStore warrants that it will:

• Maintain storage facilities in a secure, weatherproof condition
• Provide 24/7 CCTV monitoring at our Phetchaburi facility
• Handle door-to-door storage boxes with reasonable care during transit and storage
• Notify customers promptly of any known risk to their stored goods

6. Complaints Process

If you believe EasyStore has caused loss or damage to your goods through our negligence, contact us within 7 days of discovery at theteam@customersupport.care with a written description and photographic evidence where available. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

7. Governing Law

This Liability Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.
